Herbal Minded my humble opinion. Emery over Licht. for OC, let Fisch be, Clyde Christensen (please) and Thank God Tice is still here. Two Feature receivers need to be added and not necessarily in the first round. Herbal Minded typing out loud here. With the feature Receiver draft market being deep in size and potential; highly consider the BEars going Defense in round 1. Good but not dominante isn't Bear Defense. Adding Whitney Mercilus or Dre Kirkpatrick should create a better next year. 01/16/2012 - 8:00am Respond ForteAllDay22 I would have to agree with you. Receiver is a huge need but defensive ends like mercilus are a dime a dozen. The skill position players are pretty deep in the draft and I think a good one can fall to us. Herbal Minded as far as GM; Ruskell is not my choice just as his draft picks aren't pro bowl choices. I like the idea of raising a personnel or scouting director up then recycling an old GM. Herbal Minded best player amongst need positions.WR,CB,OL,DE,LB,2nd RB. Drafting at 19 requires a starter to be found. The top 2 to 3 players at each need are gone; the variables from now to then expand possibilities, ultimately at 19 01/10/2012 - 12:40pm Respond

Herbal Minded Coaching Staff _ i am satisfied with all members. Mike Martz is the right OC to lead Cutler and this Offense. the results Mike Tice gets from the talent on the field is unmatched. Under Marinelli The Passrush and play calling is superior.
